Guided by the value of manaakitanga, #Protect Te Moananui-a-Kiwa aims to make sure Māori and Pasifika whānau are prepared and safe.

Through a collaboration between Creatives Nātives, creators of the nationally recognised  #ProtectOurWhakapapa campaign, and award-winning arts collective Pacific Underground,  #Protect Te Moananui a Kiwa has the ability to reach into communities that will suffer the worst impacts of COVID. The cultural insights and networks of this collaboration, which includes medical advisors and elders, will create and distribute resources that are immediate and accessible to Māori and Pasifika communities.
